I heart CA

Well, my two week vacation back home has come to an end. I started off, going on our annual trip, to family camp, at Stanford Sierra Camp. Had a wonderful time with hiking up to Angora with Matthew a few times, paddle boarding (which I LOVED) and visiting with friends at cocktail parties and on the boat dock. I made paper, etched glass and made a frame at crafts. All of the little kids are growing up so fast, they are so cute and seem to love camp as much as I did when I was young. We had a bit of weather the beginning of the week with hail and thunder and lightening. It reminded me of the good old times when it seemed to always rain during our week. The week flew by. Saying goodbye is always so hard but we know we will be together again next year. Right now it just seems so far away.

I was then able to have a week at home, where I visited so many friends that I love. I wasn't able to see them all which was too bad. Hopefully next time I'm home, or they will just have to come here : ). The one thing that I am missing the most, are the walks with friends. Walking and talking to the people that know me the best is something that I treasure.

Brian and Georgia's wedding was the kicker. We had a wonderful weekend being tourist in our very own San Francisco. We stayed at the Nikko, downtown. From the tour bus that took us to Momo's, the piano bar at Foley's, the beautiful wedding at the Meadow Club in Fairfax, to dancing with great friends. We all truly had a blast. Georgia looked gorgeous and Brian so handsome, they both seemed so happy and we're all so happy for them. Congratulations you guys!!!

Now, I'm back in NYC after Ryan and I got upgraded to business class which made it the best, five and half hour flight, I have ever taken. It was very exciting for me because this was the first time I have ever gotten to sit there. I wasn't planning on drinking but then when they are giving it to you for free, you kinda have to. We went all out with eating everything from warm nuts, a yummy dinner, ice cream and the hot chocolate chip cookie in the end. How could you not?? The flight flew by!

The humidity has not shown it's face yet which I am very happy about. :)
